• For abortion appointments: You need to know the first day of your last menstrual period, and the day that you first took a positive pregnancy test. If you're not sure when your last period started, you can call the clinic and we will be able to give you suggestions for how to estimate this. We will ask you several questions to determine how our sliding fee scale can work for you. You will need to know what you approximate annual household income is, and if you have insurance or Title XIX/Medicaid. If you plan on using insurance to cover your procedure, or would like to find out if your policy covers, have your card with you when you call.
