This is the governing board of the clinic. It is made up of regional and local community members. They meet 1 evening per month and you are expected to be active on 1 committee that meets 1 time per month.

How Do I Submit an Application?
Download an application and either return a paper copy to the clinic, or you can email your completed application to info@emmagoldman.com. If you have any questions, please call the clinic at 319-337-2111.
